Delivery & Tracking

Is your tracking number not updating? If your package is in transit but the position hasn't moved for a few days, please do not worry. This is normal: the package is often in transit at an international airport hub before reaching its final destination country. This stage can take several days depending on flight schedules and customs processing.

Money-Back Guarantee: If you have not received your package 31 days after shipment, Star Jersey Shop will provide a free reshipment of your order or a full refund.


Order Processing Time

  • Standard Items: We generally require 3 business days to process and prepare your order.

  • Customized/Out of Stock Items: Processing time is approximately 5 business days for personalized products or items temporarily out of stock.

  • Customization Notice: For personalized jerseys (name, number, or patches), please allow up to 5 additional days for preparation to ensure the highest quality.

Note: No taxes are required upon receipt of the package.


Delivery Times & Logistics

We collaborate with leading international delivery partners to provide reliable shipping and high-quality service. As soon as your package is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number to follow your shipment on the carrier's website.

  • Global Delivery Time: 12 to 25 business days for all eligible regions.

  • Liability: We are not held responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of your package during its journey.

  • Europe: Albania, Austria, Belgium, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France (Metropolitan), Georgia, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Montenegro, Netherlands, North Macedonia, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russia, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, United Kingdom.

  • Other Countries: Australia, China, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Israel, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, United States, Vietnam.


Returns & Refunds

All return requests must be initiated by contacting us at: info@starjerseyshop.com

Return Conditions:

  • All returns must be reported to our service department.

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging with tags intact and in their original "as-received" condition.

  • A copy of the purchase invoice or delivery note must be included.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Personalized Items: Any item that has been customized (e.g., jerseys with custom names, numbers, or sleeve patches) cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

  • Sale Items: Discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Accessories: For hygiene reasons, accessories (e.g., shorts, socks, bodysuits) cannot be returned or refunded.

Shipping Costs for Returns:

  • If the product is compliant with the order, return shipping costs are the client's responsibility.

  • No express mail returns will be accepted for any reason.

  • If the product is defective or non-compliant, we will refund the return shipping costs up to a maximum of €8 (valid invoice/receipt required).

Refund & Exchange Process:

  • Refunds are processed within 30 business days.

  • For defective items, please include a separate note specifying the nature of the defect.

  • If an item for exchange remains out of stock for more than 60 days, a full refund will be issued.

Address Accuracy: Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly. If the address is incomplete or incorrect, we will not be able to process a refund or reship the order.
