General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS)

This agreement is entered into by and between:

  • The Seller: Star Jersey Shop (hereinafter referred to as "the Company"), operating the website https://starjerseyshop.com/.

  • The Client: Any Internet user wishing to make a purchase on the website for non-commercial, personal use.

Any order validated on the website implies full and unreserved adherence to these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

1. OBJECT

The purpose of these conditions is to define the reciprocal obligations of the parties and the various stages of the ordering process, from placement to delivery.

2. ARTICLES & AVAILABILITY

  • Scope: Star Jersey Shop offers clothing and sports-related accessories.

  • Availability: Items are available while stocks last. The Company does not guarantee the continued availability of products for any specific period.

  • Out of Stock: In the event of a validated order for a product that becomes unavailable:

    • Payment will not be processed, or;

    • If already processed, a full refund will be issued via bank transfer within 15 days of receiving the client's bank details (RIB).

    • The client will be notified of any unavailability via email.

3. DELIVERY POLICY

We collaborate with international carriers to ensure fast shipping and maximum quality.

  • Tracking: A tracking number (e.g., Colissimo or Chronopost) will be emailed as soon as the package is dispatched.

  • Delivery Times: * International: Estimated 14 to 25 business days.

    • Note: These times are indicative. Delays do not entitle the client to compensation or order refusal.

  • Customization Delay: An additional 2 business days apply to orders including customization (printing/marking).

  • Shipping Fees: Calculated based on order amount, weight, and destination. Fees cover processing, packaging, and postage.

  • Geographic Scope: We deliver to Metropolitan France, Overseas Territories, Europe, USA, Australia, and selected countries in Asia.

4. ORDERING PROCESS

To place an order, the client must follow these steps:

  1. Add products to the cart.

  2. Enter a promo code (if applicable).

  3. Verify specifications (color, quantity, size, etc.) and validate the cart.

  4. Provide contact details (Name, Billing, and Delivery addresses).

  5. Choose a payment method.

  6. Perform a final verification and confirm the order.

  7. Proceed to secure payment.

A confirmation email will be sent upon successful validation.

5. PAYMENT

  • Binding Agreement: Validated orders bind the buyer irrevocably.

  • Methods: Payment is accepted via Credit Card through our bank’s secure transaction platform.

6. RETURNS, WITHDRAWAL & REFUNDS

IMPORTANT: Please read this section carefully regarding personalized items.

  • Notification: All returns must be reported to info@starjerseyshop.com.

  • Condition: Items must be returned in their original packaging, with tags intact, and in "as-received" condition.

  • Personalized Items: Any item that has been customized (names, numbers, armbands/badges) cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

  • Return Costs: * If the product is compliant: Costs are the client's responsibility.

    • If the product is defective/non-compliant: We refund costs (up to €8) upon presentation of an invoice.

  • Refund Processing: Handled within 14 business days.

  • Cancellations: Orders cannot be canceled once they reach the "Preparation" stage. No order containing personalized items can be canceled.

7. WARRANTY & LIABILITY

  • Legal Warranty: Products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (Art. L211-4 of the Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (Art. 1641 of the Civil Code).

  • Exclusions: Warranty is void in cases of misuse, abuse, or unauthorized repairs.

  • Liability Limits: The seller’s liability is limited to the repair or replacement of defective goods. We are not liable for inconveniences inherent to the use of the internet (service disruptions, viruses, etc.) or Force Majeure events.

8. SIGNATURE AND PROOF

Payment validation constitutes an electronic signature and express acceptance of all operations carried out on the site.

9. SEVERABILITY & ENTIRE AGREEMENT

  • These conditions express the entirety of the parties' obligations.

  • If any specific stipulation is held to be invalid by a competent court, the remaining stipulations shall remain in full force and effect.
